Our Directors

GRE’s staff have many decades of specialist knowledge between them in a broad range of applications including thermal management. We develop cutting edge solutions to the most complicated of specifications. Please meet our team below:

richard booth
Managing Director

Richard Booth

Richard has been GRE’s Managing Director since 2011 and worked in cooling and refrigeration design for over 25 years.  He also heads up the Design Engineering and Software development teams at GRE.

kelvin long
Operations Director

Kelvin Long

Kelvin has over 25 years’ experience in cooling systems and is a highly accomplished specialist welder, along with the holder of a TechIOSH qualification.  Kelvin heads up the Service/Site Work and Technical Support teams at GRE.

steve alford
Commercial Director

Steve Alford

Steve has 30 years of experience in Sales and Finance. He has a lifetime of practical engineering experience and is F-Gas qualified.  Steve heads up the Sales and Finance teams across the GRE Group.

clint phillips
Director

Clint Phillips

Clint, who is a trained CNC machinist and has over 10 years’ experience in engineering management and resource planning, heads up Operations and Production at GRE.
