Designed for a 40year MTBF requirement, these 2 outdoor purewater cooling solutions coupled rugged mechanics with lowmaintenance water treatment. Fully stainless construction (including coils) and vandalresistant housings protect critical hardware. The PLC/HMI platform offers intuitive operation, alarm rationalisation and remote support.

Given the outdoor location of the units, the design focused on freeze protection, ingress management and longinterval servicing. DI conditioning uses mixedbed polishers and 0.2 μm final filtration. Pumps are paired in run/standby with automatic rotation for a longer lifespan; sensors continuously trend conductivity and oxygen levels to predict resin exhaustion and performance drift.
